Live in Care Recruitment

We work with both Domiciliary Care Agencies and Private Clients to source fully trained and DBS checked Live in carers

When we work with Domiciliary Care Agencies our role is as an introducer of Live In carers for a small weekly introductory fee. The carers provided to the Domiciliary Care Agency are typically self-employed and we charge the Agency by way of a weekly invoice which incorporates the fee for the carer and our introductory fee. Our fee levels are transparent and agreed with the Agency in advance. We have three different fee levels depending on the intensity of the care package and these are Low, Medium and High Dependency.

We also source Live in carers for Private individuals. Our relationship with the Private Individuals is that of a Placement recruitment agency where we charge a one-off reasonable Placement fee no matter how long or short the placement.

Both the Domiciliary Care Agency and the Private Individual client will be required to sign our Terms and Conditions before we act for them.
